“Elan Epic” having HARERA Regn. No. RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/2018/30 dt. 06.12.2018 has been developed by Elan Ltd. on licensed land admeasuring 14265.17 sq. mtrs. (3.525 acres) at Sector-70, Gurugram, Haryana and is governed by:- (i) License No.148/ 2008 dt. 02.08.2008; (ii) Bldg. plan Memo No. ZP-1261/ AD (RA)/2018/31532 dt. 15.11.2018; (iii) OC No. ZP- 1261- Vol. II/ JD(RA)/2023/37024 dt. 31.10.2023. The development is regulated by the Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 (“RERA Act”) read with the Haryana Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Rules, 2017 (“H-RERA Rules”) and the terms are governed by application form; allotment letter; agreement for sale; conveyance deed in accordance with the approvals of the competent authorities.
