Elan Foundation, a non – profit organization was founded on September 26th 2019. The inception happened with a simple goal – to contribute to developing and enhancing the health and conditions of the working class from the lower rung of society. It strives to bring about a world in which food and basic amenities are not a reason for despair. The foundation envisions to alleviate poverty and enhance the dignity of the under privileged in a manner that signifies recognition of the blue collar worker. So far, it has been working continuously and anonymously through various initiatives and endowments. The future strategies and goals are focused towards addressing gaps in rural infrastructure, environment, health and rehabilitation.
Blood Donation Camp Organized by Elan Group at their Corporate Office in association with Indian Red Cross Society. This righteous activity has been a social duty of Team Elan. Individuals have not just donated blood, but also supported the cause by promoting these camps to attract more donors.

The ideology behind Siddhi seeds from the belief of 'Selfless Service', a concept that has been restricted in meaning in the present times.
As a part of its commitment to The Earth Saviours Foundation, Elan Foundation distributed dry ration to support the homeless and vulnerable elderlies adopted by the Earth Saviours Foundation. In addition, Elan Foundation also donated a state-of-the-art Automatic Roti Making machine to facilitate comfort and hygiene.

Elan Foundation has contributed to The Earth Saviours Foundation to help them with the construction of their health care wing and associated amenities.
FamPhy has partnered with Elan Foundation to help improve the health of thousands of construction workers. Elan Foundation, in collaboration with FamPhy, has set up clinics at its construction sites which are equipped to deal with the primary health care needs of the construction workers. These unique project site clinics have helped the workers to avail free check-ups, medicines and vaccination for diseases like Tetanus as well.
With 195 million undernourished people, India shares a quarter of the global hunger burden. Approximately 47 million or 4 out of 10 children in India are unable to reach their full human potential because of chronic under-nutrition or stunting. Elan Group has contributed to positively impact and reach out to provide food and nutritional support to people in Haryana and named the initiative as "Kartavya". Under this, Group provides food and nutrition. support to the families of daily wage workers.

Elan Group has helped in restoration of the Kopeshwar Temple, Khidrapur, Kolhapur district, Maharashtra. After this sacred site got submerged in floods, Elan Group pledged its support in bringing the temple back to life.
In a bid to restore flood affected Khidrapur village and to create healthy living conditions for the inhabitants, Elan Group has set-up a committee to facilitate administrative and development work under which houses are being re-built. Construction is now almost completed and villagers will occupy their newly constructed houses soon.
